Our mission is to empower parents with early literacy resources that can impact their child’s early literacy learning in The Rio Grande Valley.
Since its founding in 2021, E & C Literacy has been able to provide early literacy trainings, books, and activities to under-resourced families of the communities in The Rio Grande Valley.
E & C Literacy has reached 6,732 parents since 2022!

Books with Purpose
E & C Literacy strives to fulfill its motto “No parent or child left behind, let's make a difference one read-a-loud at a time!” Our E & C Team is proud to work with RGV community partners to provide children’s books to local families, in hopes of motivating parents to read at home.
