E & C Literacy is proud to announce that our executive director will be a presenter at The South Texas Literacy Coalition Festiba event!
We are delighted to invite you to the South Texas Literacy Symposium, an inspiring
gathering dedicated to promoting literacy and fostering lifelong learning across our
region. This year, the symposium will be held as part of FESTIBA (Festival of
International Books and Arts), a vibrant celebration of culture, education, and
community engagement.
Our nonprofit organization will have free literacy bags and books for the parents who participate in our workshop
