Pharr Memorial Library Toddler Time

E & C Literacy is proud to announce its partnership with The Pharr Memorial Library. The Pharr Memorial Library offers multiple sources of literacy engagement for parents, like Toddler Time that promotes early education and mentoring services focusing on child-learning and literacy development. E & C Literacy will be providing parents a workshop on how they can establish a Literacy Center in their very own home, as well as providing parents an opportunity to engage in early literacy activities with their children.
