Summer Reading Program with RGV Library’s

E & C Literacy understands the importance of reading and how much early literacy can make a difference in a child’s life.

To best meet the need of literacy support in the RGV, our non-profit builds relationships with local libraries to enhance their summer reading program and motivate RGV families to read at home.

Our Read With Me Reading Program offers young children and their parents the opportunity to engage in early literacy activities, such as sensory bins and our book distribution, to instill a love for literacy.
